Prior to founding Capstone Insights, Paul was the founder and CEO of DemandWave, a B2B Digital Marketing Agency that specialized in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaign management and Social Media Marketing (SMM). DemandWave was a two-time Inc. 500 winner and was #9 on the San Francisco Business Times 100 Fastest Growing Private Companies. In August of 2017, DemandWave was acquired by Wpromote.
Before DemandWave Paul was Vice President and General Manager at AT&T Wireless Services. He was responsible for building cellular networks, staffing and marketing new regional operations as well as turning around and bringing struggling operations into profitability and high growth. Paul drove some of the most profitable and highest growth regional markets with innovative marketing, sales and customer care strategies.
Paul earned an MBA from Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. He and his wife Amy have 3 kids and live in Northern California.
